At Coffee Crest, we’re committed to your satisfaction. However, because coffee is a perishable product, we only accept returns under specific conditions.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product was damaged during delivery
  • You received the wrong product

Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used coffee packs

  • Flavor preferences or change of mind

How to Request a Return

  3. Attach clear photos if your item is damaged or incorrect
